Examples

What it can look like.

Six scenarios we keep encountering in conversations with businesses. You can try two of them right here.

These are example scenarios with sample data, not client projects.

Security review

Security review for a fast-built customer portal

Starting point

A young company built its customer portal with AI tools in a few weeks. A large client wants to use it, but first requires proof that the application is secure.

Solution

We review the application against the OWASP Top 10. Typical findings in such projects: database rules that expose other users’ records, access keys in browser code and missing permission checks on APIs. Every finding is rated and described with a concrete fix.

Outcome

A clear audit report for engineering and procurement, fixed vulnerabilities and a re-check that documents the result.

Automation

E-invoicing without extra work

Starting point

Since 2025, German companies must be able to receive e-invoices, and from 2027 or 2028 also issue them. A mid-sized company still types incoming invoices into its accounting system by hand.

Solution

Incoming XRechnung and ZUGFeRD files are read automatically, checked against purchase orders and delivery notes, and passed to the accounting software. Outgoing invoices are created directly in the required format.

Outcome

Legal deadlines are met, invoices flow through without manual typing, and accounting only handles exceptions.

Software & automation

Quote assistant for a trade business

Starting point

A Hamburg trade business writes quotes by hand in the evening. Email requests pile up, and jobs go to faster competitors.

Solution

Requests are read automatically, the services identified and matched with the company’s price list to create a draft quote. The master craftsperson reviews, adjusts and approves it with one click.

Outcome

Customers receive their quote on the same day. People still make the decision, the software does the paperwork.

Software

Dispatch for a logistics company in the port

Starting point

A logistics company in the Port of Hamburg plans routes and time slots with spreadsheets and phone calls. When something changes, nobody knows right away which vehicle can take over.

Solution

A web app shows all vehicles, routes and stops live on a map. Rush orders are automatically assigned to the best route, and drivers report their status by smartphone.

Outcome

Dispatch always knows where each vehicle is, reacts to changes in seconds and spends far less time on the phone.

Consulting

An AI policy against shadow AI

Starting point

Employees use various AI tools, sometimes with customer data and without clear rules. At the same time, the EU AI Act requires teams to be trained in using AI.

Solution

We map which tools are in use, assess them for data protection and security, and write a clear AI policy. This comes with approved, GDPR-compliant alternatives and training for the team.

Outcome

Clear rules, secure tools and a team that uses AI productively and responsibly.

Consulting & security

NIS2 quick check

Starting point

With Germany’s NIS2 implementation act, far more companies are subject to cybersecurity obligations. Many don’t know whether they are affected or what exactly to do.

Solution

We check whether you are affected, compare your current state with the requirements, for example on risk management, reporting and supply chains, and create a prioritised action plan.

Outcome

Clarity on whether and how the company is affected, and a realistic plan with the most important steps first.
